Dr. Billy de los Santos is a great doctor, he is very attentive and professional, his nurse is also very friendly and caring. The only downside about this clinic is the receptionist Sandra, she is very bland and lacks customer service skills on the phone and in person, as a receptionist myself I know how stressful it might get during busy times but we must always put customers first, I only hope she gets better training and/or fix her attitude.
