Pleasant Hills office: Was fitted for orthotics for painful plantar fasciitis heel problem in both feet on March 28th 2022. (No receptionist..she was late) Couldn't get an appointment until May 28 to pick them up! Was in terrible pain...went to see my wonderful podiatrist who told me to go to the orthotics office and demand to get my orthotics as it only take 5 minutes to fit them in your shoe and be on my way. My father is 91 took him for shoes. Because previous surgery his one leg is alittle shorter. Arrived with my father who just got out of hospital and uses a walker. The shoes were to small and not wide enough. How do you make that kind of mistake. He now has to return in 2 weeks. Never again!!!!!!
Couldn’t ask for a better outfit that treated me with respect and listened to all my concerns and Drew was always available to help me .. definitely a class act business 👍 wins i was still in Pittsburgh...
