After 6 months of pain in my left foot which caused me to have trouble walking I finally made an appointment for new inserts. Their team took the time to address the specific issue I was having and after 3 weeks of wearing my new inserts I can jog again sans pain. I had a shot and steroids prior to inserts and they did not help. Thank God there are medical services like this to get me back up and running( literally!!)

Your receptionist was unknowledgeable and unprofessional when I called to changed my appointment this afternoon. Then she did know that I could have my shoes sent to and pick them up from the VA. This is something you might want fix moving forward especially since there was upcoming accommodations to service me in the near future. She then placed me on hold when I asked to speak to the technician and did not answer at all when I hung up and called back after several minutes.
