De La Terre is amazing. By far the best skincare I've ever used and as someone with very sensitive skin, my skin has thrived in the care of all the products I use. Friends comment all the time that my skin is so radiant and ask what I use. Plus, Anne is always helpful and available with questions I have had over the decade. I love the natural ingredients, the nod to seasonal changes and the highly responsive customer service.
These skincare products are natural, clean, and effective, which is a hard trifecta to live up to. I discovered De La Terre while visiting Asheville four years ago and have been faithfully ordering and using them ever since. The Herb Rich Balm is amazing on burns; I love all of the herbal mists and facial serums that I've tried; and I'm obsessed with the Active Support Skin Lotion, which smells so yummy. De La Terre products have always been exceptional and met expectations. I appreciate the natural herbs and natural ingredients that work and show results as opposed to many products on the skincare market that make claims about "natural" which show little results. So grateful that I have discovered De La Terre Skincare so it's a part of my skincare routine.
August, 2026: I still use the products, still buy small amounts at a time, and looking at the website, there is still no transparency about the shelf-life of the products. I am surprised by this, but for some reason this is not included in the information, even in their safety disclaimer page. And so 3 stars remain.
