Update* Extremely disappointed in how my case was handled. I was with Rosa for almost 2 years. Always issues with billing and over charging. Resending the same information and being billed double. Let’s just say I am now pro se on a case that was suppose to be closed in august. Due to the lack of work, information and prolonging of my case in order to continue to charge more fees. I do not feel my best interest was the goal nor did I feel represented in court and it shows today.
Ms. De la Rosa and her staff has been tremendously helpful in completing my case. I was dealing with my case for over 3 years with previous lawyers, I thought it was never going to end. Until I met her in May of 2025 and in a few months I was able to get sole custody of my child. I loved how organized she was and explained details to the T, and most importantly she works in good faith as being a lawyer. Trash.Nexcy is Rude. Poor communication office wide. Thousands of dollars spent on little to No movement. BE AWARE this lady moves slow! Always needs more money, always changing rates, busy doing nothing. Lacks professionalism and decorum. When I opted to withdraw I received petty and ignorant emails. I’ll be going higher up.
