I have been a patient of Dr. Michelle for over 10 years and she is wonderful. She takes her time to listen. She remembers everything about you. She is very detailed with her notes on lab results in the portal and will take any concern that you may have seriously. I moved 8 years ago and drive 1.5 hours each way just to see her as no other doctor can come close in even 1 area to compare to her expertise and just overall caring about her patients. She is a doll! She was very kind and concerned about me. She always spent a lot of time with me and explained things. She always helped me whenever I needed it. Very sad that the new management company abruptly dropped my insurance in a heartless way after 15 years. Office staff doesn’t know what they are doing now. I hope Dr D goes elsewhere as she is too good for this practice. Other medical staff members are also very good. She listens to your concerns. Makes sure you understand . When you leave a message she gets back to you.
She puts a lot of attention into our messages! She is very patient and kind and I'm grateful to have been a patient for so long.
Practice too busy to answer calls when called the book an appt. wait time in excess 10 mins. Appointments available more than 30 days out. What a joke. But they will take on more patients....... Still waiting 5 days later to receive a call back as requested. Perhaps she is just too busy to care.
