I called to make an appointment. I was answered by a lady called Sue. She was exceptionally rude to me over the phone and showed no empathy or care towards my calm conversation. I was asked to provide a referral so I called back about 10 minutes later andngotnsuenagain who was kind for the first sentence until I explained I called earlier said the referral was accepted the day prior as per tracking information sent by the optometrist. I don't usually get involved in posting reviews but after my wife had an eye surgery to correct an eye muscle ( Dr David said its a fairly simple operation that he had done many times) only to then find that her eye had moved more! She was then suggested by Dr David that another longer operation was possible. Prior to this she had a specific MRI which initself was a very painful experience due to issues in injecting a "contrast" this was not carried out by Dr David but at a radiology centre.
