I will never ever forget the horrible experience I had here. It was a few years ago and at the time I couldn’t even think about the experience, nor did I feel that leaving a review would do anything. Had to bring our puppy in for an emergency visit. He came in after hours and treated our puppy.
Called here when my puppy was in a full blown health crisis. Calmly told the guy who answered the phone what was going on with my dog. After letting him speak to me as if I were a complete idiot, and after letting him tell me the "visit price list" three times, I asked him if I could please bring my dog to get checked out. I told him I can pay for the visit three times. He refused to treat my dog because he did not want to help my "rude" family. Said I repeatedly interrupted and ignored him.
