I’m usually not one to write reviews but after multiple attempts I have to speak about this terrible experience. After paying this lawyer office for my husband’s case, no one from this office ever follows up. Every time I call, I’m told the lawyer is “out of the office” and I never get a call back. It’s been weeks with no progress, no communication, and no results. They took our money and have done absolutely nothing to help. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I have requested a refund and have yet to hear an update.
