I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this construction company. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning, and it was often difficult to get updates on the status of the project. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without clear explanations, and I frequently had to follow up to get answers. The quality of the workmanship did not meet my expectations. Consumer Beware I recently hired De La Cruz Construction and Renovation to do remodeling on my home. I would NOT recommend using this company. He did not complete all the work in the contract, including not finishing baseboards or removing all the debris. Much of the work completed was extremely below expectations, such as fixtures that he replaced are already falling off the wall, paint splatter on the floors did not get cleaned off, some paint mistakes not touched up at all or even worse, touched up with different paint, o... read more
I really enjoyed having Mr. De La Cruz build my deck and awnings. His professionalism, attention to detail and flexibility made the whole process so much better. He kept me informed of the whole construction process constantly and would let me know of any suggestions that would improve the overall look of my project. I highly recommend his services especially if you want things done right the first time around.
They do great work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
