Good people to deal with and very professional service providers
I took my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD to Northpoint GMC in Derby, Vermont, for my routine oil change. It didn't take me very long to get an appointment, and when I showed up, I said, do you actually do the tire rotation? The service manager told me that they don't automatically do it unless we ask for it. I asked if he had time to do it, he said, sure. I was very pleased that he did it. Next time I will know to let him know that I will get tire rotation with the oil change. Excellent service, as always.
Good service and friendly. Got am oil change and tire leak fixed.
They went above and beyond and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I was VERY Happy!!😊
