Neat store. Sad that in the height of Tulip season, they were not making shoes.
Lovely display of Dutch culture..They make the shoes on site..
I’d highly recommend stopping in if you are visiting Holland. This is a really neat store and factory where you can see the process of delft pottery and the making of wooden shoes. Their selection of delft was beautiful to look at. I went on a Saturday during Tulip Time and was able to see a demonstration of shoe carving. They had demonstrations available every two hours, and the maker spoke about the history and process which was very interesting.
