How did 41 people give 5 stars, idk. What a big disappointment. This family is low key shady and money hungry. They thought I would fall for their quick tongue. They over charged me. Trust me when I say there are other restoration businesses in the capital region that are more honest, talented and affordable. Mark did not install or cut my unit correctly. No pressure, very relaxed atmosphere. they will not pressure you into anything. I chickened out because I just wasn't sure and they told me to think it over a while and if I decide to go forward just call for an appoint.

For the last 8 years I been struggling to find the right fit and have been all over NY from NYC to Westchester trying to find the best place to get my hair done. And where did i find them in schenectady, New York at DeJosepsh. Mark is great at his job and takes pride in his work which definitely shows by how good my hair looks every time I leave.

Mark does a great job, and he’s a true professional. Pays attention to detail, and he is meticulous. The shop is very clean, and it’s a small, multi-generation family business, so I love supporting their business. Highly recommended.
