We have had Mark work for us a couple times on different properties. He is always very professional and kind. Outstanding work in a timely manner.
My family has used De Jong Septic for years under the guise of being an honest and respectable company. Our home has two storage tanks for storing grey/black water used inside the home due to the county regulations. This requires us to have these tanks pumped out when they become full; we are notified that the tanks are 75% full via an alarm system/float inside the tank. Great company, they actually answered the phone and were prompt to return calls missed, they provided me with a inspection and full report as well as answered follow up calls and questions regarding a system that had failed, couldn't ask for better service, would highly reccomend
