My husband and I have been receiving quality care for the past 2 years. We are extremely satisfied with the care we receive and are particularly happy with the incredible attention we receive from Jessica Sota NP. She goes beyond expectations to address our concerns.
The doctor and Physician assistant are good however the receptionist with red color hair is extremely rude. There was also one nurse who spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, i asked what happened to my previous swab which the receptionist eluded had never been submitted and the nurse told me it wasn’t viable, she was somewhat aggressive in her response to me, I held my tongue. Turned away with chest pain. I drove my friend whose PRIMARY doctor was DeJong to his office because she had chest pain and elevated heart rate. The receptionist told her to leave. They were too busy. Their schedule was full.
Dr. Tyler De Jong is a great person, skilled physician, and a wonderful wonderful family Doctor. I highly recommend him.
I was caregiver for their long time patient Mildred Jones for 16 years. She lived to 103 and Received wonderful life giving care from this expert doctor. The wisdom they used in prescribing medication was noteworthy. Very personal and yet very professional. I was very impressed with them at the end of her life too. Very careful to keep her balanced and not over medicated.
