I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Was this gastroenterologist friendly? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
