Dr. DeGinder and his excellent staff just completed a lot of treatment on me since I had not been to a dentist in 10+ years. They were very professional and compassionate while taking care of all my needed work...I now feel healthier than I have in the last 10 years!
What a great experience at the dentist...it had been several years since I had been into see the dentist, and this dental office staff and dentist were outstanding. Actually looking forward to my 6 month visit!

It is not the Physician's job to understand the provisions, benefits, and exclusions of your insurance policy. Myself along with several other coworkers that have gone to this office have been dissatisfied with the service at Dr. Deginders office. We have been wrongly charged for flouride treatments that they knew were not going to be covered on our insurance and then tried to pretend that they had no idea. We have also been charge fees of over $100 for last minute conflicts and needing to cancel an appointment. We no longer use this dentist and most of our coworkers are in the process of changing also.
