If I could give a negative star rating, I would. For professional tools that cost as much as these clippers & trimmers do, you would think they would be amazing, but they’re just another piece of crap that breaks and I cannot contact customer service. The phone rings rings rings rings have already had to send these back once they sent a replacement. They’re broken again and I can’t get in touch with anybody at this company. As a professional hairstylist, I do not recommend JRL Professional brand products &/ tools.
We can't reach them... It supposed that we are their distributor in Saudi Arabia.. But they do not help to provide necessary info
