Had Dallas come out and repair my bobcat ac. It was a mess and had been down for over 2 years. He went above and beyond to get me back up and running and blowing cold. Can't recommend this guy enough he is a solid and very knowledgeable guy. Thank you sir!!
The A/C went out in my tractor. Dallas was quick to respond to my message and scheduled to come out within a day. He. Definitely knew what he was doing and made sure he did a great job. He also made sure to check with me after the repair to make sure I wasn't having any issue. Very professional and I will definitely be contacting them again if I ever need help again. My telehandler broke down on my job site. I called Dallas and told him my problem, and he thoroughly told me what his plan of action would be to fix it. He arrived on time the next morning as we discussed and had the equipment operational pretty quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Dallas even reached out that evening to make sure it was still working properly.
An absolutely awesome place. Called them for a repair in Leesville, LA and they were over 3 hours away and they went ahead and took the time and helped us get the job done over the phone free of charge. Absolutely top notch guys. 5 stars all around.
I cannot say enough how appreciative I am for D&E tonight! Our car’s starter kicked the bucket (our only mode of transportation) and we had no clue what to do. Someone on Facebook referred me to this company and I am so glad I gave him a call. He was willing to go above and beyond and come out here to Longview to fix the car around 7pm and left around 9. He really exemplified that he is a hard worker and commits to quality service. All I can say is thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
