My company was with this agency for over 8 years. John and Mary handled our account sufficently over the years. However, they never let us know that our policy was cancelled because we owed $330. A few days after cancellation, we had an unfortunate incident that we needed to file a claim. A week later, we were advised that we had no coverage. We were SHOCKED to hear that our policy was cancelled. The agency should have gave us adequate warning of a possible cancellation of our policy.... they dropped the ball when we needed ... read more
