My company was with this agency for over 8 years. John and Mary handled our account sufficently over the years. However, they never let us know that our policy was cancelled because we owed $330. A few days after cancellation, we had an unfortunate incident that we needed to file a claim. A week later, we were advised that we had no coverage.
