****Update: 8/2017*** I called Rob again and told him how unhappy I was looking at the white smudged paint on the molding on the windows and how other people had been appalled at the sloppy job. He said that I must've had some white skin cream on my fingers to make those marks- refusing to take responsibility and I could bring the car and leave it for the day.
