My mother-in-law had cataract surgery with this doctor in Chilliwack. She’s a fragile and calm Individual, who is not nervous about surgery. However, she was forced into some IV therapy and sedation that was mandated by the surgeon, otherwise he was unwilling to do the surgery. She complied seeing that she has no other option. I am significantly disappointment with the service I received from your front-line staff. Upon my arrival, I patiently waited at the counter for assistance, and it took some time for a staff member, who was seated at her desk, to acknowledge me. When she finally did, I was informed that I would need to reschedule my appointment due to my late arrival. I could not be more happy with the results after my cataract surgery. Prior to seeing Dr. De Bruin, I was contemplating private clinics. The cost was outrageous. I was immediately put at ease with Dr. De Bruin with my first meeting. He was professional, explained everything, and the staff is wonderful. My surgery was scheduled quite quickly, for my first eye. Six weeks later, I had my second, and everything is great! I am thrilled that I proceeded with Dr. De Bruin! Highly recommend!
