John Deberry the third cares nothing about his patience his office staff is incompetent and stay away from Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. They will lie to you. They will keep you waiting the worst experience I’ve ever had stay away you’ve been warned.
The office staff are professional and friendly both in person and on the telephone. The nurse is thorough, professional, friendly and calming. Dr. DeBerry takes his time with you, talks to you like a real person and explains everything in real language. I am so happy I was lucky enough to be accepted as a patient. I highly recommend this office.
Very good experience. Very thorough explanations. Unlike must doctors, Dr DeBerry doesn't talk to you as if you're a nine year old.
