I don’t know where to start I was appointed Ben DeBerg as a regional counsel on a Felony battery case he did nothing for me to say the least. My case was a Stand Your Ground and Self Defense claims which he had video footage to prove I request that he file motions which never followed through he did nothing i requested not even a bond reduction i sat 7 months before pleaing out with time serve taking the wrap.
