Tom and I visited the store in February 10 days before our wedding and since the moment we entered Adele was spectacular, She really made us choose De Beers for our rings not only for the quality of her service but because she was so helpful with everything. With the personal, knowledgeable help of Teva who helped me thru the entire process was a delightful experience! Even the detail given on the packaging of the purchase was beyond words. While driving to the Design Destrict I saw a De Beers billboard, and thought I would definitely find it there but no luck. A quick google search and saw they have a store in Bal Harbour Shops! I was assisted by a lovely sales person, Teva, who took her time to show me the different collections, even pieces I knew were completely out of my budget, but she insisted. De Beers diamonds speak for themselves but the De Beers store at Bal Harbour is world class thanks to Adele, the store’s brand ambassador. I went to De Beers for an engagement ring and the experience could not have been any more pleasant. Adele was excellent in every way. She knows her diamonds and never hesitated to go the extra mile at any point in the process. My expectations were high, and Adele exceeded them and then some. The De Beers store in Bal Harbour is my one and only jeweler for as long as she is there.
