Previously purchased our wedding rings from Flora in 2018. Really bad customer service experience. Other clients were treated great beside us, perhaps some discrimination/rasicm regardless of how much we spent (and it was a lot). Know that you are in best hands shopping at this store with Patrick. This was my third purchase at this store. My husband wanted to buy me a new gold band to complete the platinum, rose gold, and gold set. Based on our tastes, Patrick showed us some more options and we ended up buying that and very happy with it. Unfortunately the size wasn’t available, so it had to be made to my size.
