I just came to the store to pick up an order I had made. To my disappointment, I was not acknowledged by anyone in the store as they were serving other customers. I waited for roughly 20 minutes and then left. I came back to the store after grabbing a few other pieces and was still not aknowledged or even greeted. Really disappointed in the level of customer service for De Beers within Harrods. I’ll be purchasing from another store as today was extremely disappointing.
