I am the executor of my cousin’s estate; he was like a brother. Needless to say; it was a difficult time for me. The first time I spoke with Sandy Loeb, she was very professional, kind and courteous. She was understanding and walked me through the process. She provided excellent customer service and offered to help. I want to say thanks Sandy, you are the best!
Met with State Farm representative Edward Scalla for a long overdue review of my home and auto insurance. It was a pleasant and useful meeting. Mr. Scalla was very personable, offered useful information, and cleared up a few things that had been unclear to me. I would recommend both State Farm and Mr. Scalla to anyone looking for top notch, community-based insurance service.
UPDATE May 2025- I have had Statefarm for years and had a little bump, Sandy was CRUCIAL in helping get this issue resolved! I am so happy that I stuck around and for the hours that Sandy and those at State Farm spent working on this for me! I have used State farm DeAnne Gleeson for YEARS! Great customer service, big shout out to Edward S. At De Anne Gleesons office - he listed to all of my concerns and was able to answer all of my questions, helped me work up a quote and offered me some options that I didn’t know I could do to save some money! Great insurance office with great staff
I received a routine Account check-in call from Alex J Leob today. I initially asked him for a callback and he politely accepted. When he called me back, we spoke for about 40 minutes and Alex was just the best. I asked him all sorts of questions about the nitty gritty details of what I am paying for, how we can reduce it, and about the insurance agency et large; meaning how much am I legally obligated to pay in NYS, versus what is technically "optional" to those who wish to be dangerous and unprotected.
