Superb and charming authentic local old school Italian trattoria in between Hyde Park and Notting Hill Gate. The simple but tasty Italian food (cooked by chefs who you can see from the restaurant seating) is everything you'd expect from a really good local Italian - Delicious fresh grilled vegetables, crispy garlic bread full of fresh garlic and super fresh seafood all served by a friendly and attentive waitress. True neighbo(u)hood gem
What a lovely dinner at De Amicis' Notting Hill London. Mussels were on special, KCC had the mussels provencal and I had mussels and spaghetti. The tomato sauce was one of finest I have ever had. Smooth, well seasoned, almost creamy in texture. Atmosphere cozy, staff welcoming, in the heart of vibrant Notting Hill. A terrific experience for a couple of visiting Canadians.
