I would give 0 stars if I could. Wow, what a horrible experience. I stopped by his shop and met with John so he could build me a custom piece of furniture. This would be the only positive interaction I would have with him over the next 5 months. First off, John NEVER picks up the phone, you can leave him 1000 messages and he will never call you back, you have to go to his shop in order to find out what the status of your job is.
