Whatever you do don’t file your taxes with these ppl. They will lie to you and give you the run around. They won’t answer your calls and will charge you $500 for nothing. I got my fund’s adjusted to$27 last year and they wouldn’t pick up the phone after that.
I'm already dealing with identity theft.. they didn't file my taxes for last year , plus some how my child social was used, and now for a mistake they made they want me to pay 250 upfront to file my taxes when I took all the documents and necessary steps on my end... not to mention my baby sister had the same thing happen to her they didn't file her return just like they didn't mines..
