Hello, I wanted to give my first hand account to the excellent service by Dave's Diversified Services. As a homeowner there are times when certain home systems have to be replaced, and when it happens it is daunting and overwhelming. However, Dustin came out Monday to assess the situation and arranged for the replacement and repairs for the next day. Tuesday I was met by Gonzalo and Ivan who did the work needed. I'm so happy with the service I received from DDS! Our oil burner hadn't worked in over a year. I emailed DDS about my problem after hearing thru the grapevine that they may be able to help. Two of their techs were here over a two day period and were able to figure out exactly what was wrong with our system. I seriously couldn't believe how much effort they put into checking everything over to be sure they were right! Highly recommend!! We've used Dave's Diversified Services twice now. Our latest call was to report that our AC had stopped working completely and the thermostat display was off. The technician called and asked us to check the safety switch. It was an easy check and if it ended up being the issue, it was going to save us $250 for a service call. It was indeed the issue and the technician gave us instructions to ensure the switch was clean and working properly. Anyone else could have simply showed up and charged us a fee for a... read more

Shity customer service, they don't have a clue on what they are doing. Makes excuses and very inconsiderate especially with a child in the house. Puts lockes on systems charges a lot of money for a service call when not local

My A/C went out in July and within a days time Dustin came out and gave me a quote for a new system. Mine was a dinosaur and couldn’t be fixed. Upon saying yes to the quote I had a brand new heating and air system installed within 24 hours. The installers were kind and professional and explained things well. They left things as they found them. I can not say enough about this company and all who work for them. Top notch for sure. Thanks again!
