STAY AWAY! Poor quality - poor customer service. Absolutely awful. Do you not associate your practice with this lab's work - you will be embarrassed every time!
I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY.. our email and network are now at a very high vulnerability, Someone has access to their systems and email lists. There are emails almost every single day now that are cloaked and look like they are coming from a real person that works at their lab, trying to get us to click a link or open a word file in regard to billing. Phishing, Virus or whatever it may be. Poor IT Safeguards on their systems and our information as dentists have been compromised, We have not been officially notified of the br... read more
worst lab ever!!!! it is total scam....they have 30 days delivery policy which I never heard from any other dental labs. Crowns and Bridges are totally not fit at all and I had to spend lots of time and money to remake and re-impression. I had to remake and re-impression 4 times for two patients and I lost one of them. Stay away from this lab or you will get charged again and again and again.
Great Lab. The work is very neat and affordable. They quality control all of their cases and contact the doctor if there are any questions.
