I don't know who the manager is but this morning at 11:06 knowing that it's about to get busy they deliberately close the registers and they're only keep one open to keep the line long the manager was very rude when I asked her if she could open another register and proceeded to tell the other employee " can you get this guy that's... I went to dd's at 11:30 today and bought two things 1, a journal and 2, some "colored" pens. Everything was great until, I got in my car. I was gonna try my "colored pens" but the blue pen, was black, the yellow pen, was black. I tried all the pens, and they where all black. The pack literally says "14 bright colors" but that was a lie. Other than that, great customer service (but the cashier kinda pushed me), and surprisingly was organized.
