They need more space, there is a wide variety of things and the shelves are packed. Great value on the products. The aisles are narrow.

I bought some shoes—just yesterday, in fact—but they were the wrong size, and I couldn't exchange them... because the label didn't match the shoe! And judging by the way the employee treated me... it was as if *I* were the one trying to pull a fast one on *them*! It was a truly unpleasant experience... but then again... people can only give what they have within themselves.
