Firstly, you can see that I have only ever written 5 stars reviews. This is the one and only time that I have ever felt compelled to share my negative experience as it involved the care of my son. I am appalled at the office’s response. It contains multiple false and misleading claims that I must address. My review is a truthful, firsthand account of what happened.
