I had an excellent experience at this dental office. This was my first visit after seeing the same dentist for most of my life, so I was a little nervous about making a change. Any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to the welcoming and professional team. Nicole, the dental hygienist, did a fantastic job with my cleaning. Surpassed all expectations. I needed an emergency root canal and called several dental offices, but Willistead Family Dental was the only clinic able to accommodate me on short notice. From the moment I called, the staff were exceptional. The receptionist quickly created my file, answered all of my insurance questions, and provided a quote for the procedure within minutes. My mother in law sees Dr Elshaer. She always knew he was good but after he completed her new dentures , she is beyond impressed with him and his team. Being 81 brings different anxieties and issues. Dr Elshaer and his team are extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Dr Elshaer for giving Elaine the much needed smile she deserves and a smooth transition! Highly recommend!
