New hygienist. Pressed on several extra services. Did not floss after cleaning and polishing was OK. Did not offer the travel size toothpaste and floss . Left the pedal to adjust the seat next to the treatment bed and I stepped on it on leaving the table snd it began to rise. The pedal was moved to under the head of this area and not likely to be a safety hazard. Possibly more orientation is indicated. The practice is a solid one and usually provided excellent care and trestment.
Very prompt on time great services. I never felt so comfortable sitting in a dentist chair until I came there Dr Lam and his Assistant constantly was checking to see if I were Ok. Dr Lam also followed up to so if I was ok after I made it home❤
Katherine cleaned my teeth yesterday. It was the most gentle and thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her and DDS.
