We took our GLE to DDR with faulty rear air suspension. Had to wait for the appointment, but car was repaired in a day and at reasonable cost. Staff were very polite and professional. Also gave some honest advice on other aspects. Looking to do services there.

I needed a smashed wing mirror casing urgently ahead of a trip across Europe in three days. Took it in to see Dan this morning who confirmed we need a new casing. Six hours later and replacement casing has been ordered, delivered and fitted. Two days before MB dealer would even slot me in for an inspection. Genuine "can do" attitude, very helpful. Its a shame my car with two free services as I would love the opportunity to give them more business!!

What amazing service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried several so called independents and they seemed scared of the repair I needed. DDR made the whole process easy. My GLC had to be towed to them which was stressful. They couldn't have been more helpful They discussed the problem and advised . I own classic cars so know a small amount about the issue I had I know what they were telling me was correct no waffle. Good honest garage that treated me with respect.
