This is the third Mercedes I’ve brought to DDR Surrey and I’ve always been really happy with their service. They’re proper professionals friendly, helpful and they really know what they’re doing. They pay attention to every detail and always take good care of the car. Can definitely recommend them
We took our GLE to DDR with faulty rear air suspension. Had to wait for the appointment, but car was repaired in a day and at reasonable cost. Staff were very polite and professional. Also gave some honest advice on other aspects. Looking to do services there.

I needed a smashed wing mirror casing urgently ahead of a trip across Europe in three days. Took it in to see Dan this morning who confirmed we need a new casing. Six hours later and replacement casing has been ordered, delivered and fitted. Two days before MB dealer would even slot me in for an inspection. Genuine "can do" attitude, very helpful. Its a shame my car with two free services as I would love the opportunity to give them more business!!
