DDM has maintained our irrigation system for the last 11 years. I don’t know much about the sprinkler maintenance, but they seem to do a really good job. However, what I think they’re best at is customer service. They send out reminder emails in the spring and fall about turning the system on and off, and give you a time window of about two hours in which they will do the work. Absolutely thrilled with the prompt and professional service I received from DdM! When a sprinkler head unexpectedly broke, they were quick to schedule an appointment and arrived right on time. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and swiftly diagnosed the problem, explaining the repair process clearly along the way.
