David, Javier and the team renovated 3 bathrooms, master bedroom, hallways, and entire main floor in my house. They went above and beyond in offering the most suitable renovation solution and did a great job with my projects.
This was the first time that I used DDL Construction. They tore down and built a new back deck. It turned out extremely good. They also put new composite decking on my front porch along with new pillars. Each project was done with care respect for my home. Their employees are very professional and the entire project turned out extremely good.
The estimate seemed fair at first, but once the work started, they kept adding extra charges. In the end, I paid almost double the original quote. Not recommend
Hired them for a kitchen remodel, and they showed up late almost every day. The project took twice as long as promised, and the final work was sloppy.
They never returned calls or texts. I constantly had to chase them for updates, and when I finally reached them, the answers were vague.
