Does not delivery on the timeframe of dry cleaning being ready. If you need your clothes by a set date go elsewhere. Not customer service driven. Clearly said I forgot to put the day you needed it by. Then tried to say "maybe I didn't hear you so well or maybe you didn't tell me a date"
