DO NOT entrust this company with your valuable shipment. Communication management is unethical and illiterate relative to delivery details. Ruined a time sensitive delivery with no sight of valuable compensation. Seek service elsewhere as fast as you can!!!!!!

Had an order that was transferred to them to be delivered. My order has been put on the truck twice according to the records schedule for delivery and not delivered. The original company that transferred the package to them just said wow... many times. I had to schedule a delivery when I put the order in then I get a notification it is arriving a day early so okay I will wait for it... it never showed up. The day it was scheduled tracking showed delivery between 8 am and 8pm which it was scheduled for between 1 and 3 but oka... read more

A 1 star review feels too generous for how shitty this company treats their customers, and any positive review of this place is more than likely a paid review. We have been waiting for our washer to be delivered for the last two weeks and communication has been radio silence. If my appliance is not delivered by next week, I will report it stolen as it should not take this long to drop off a washer or reach out about what’s taking so long.

Absolute worst about communication , they will say they will call you back , they will not , wasnt just today this has been on multiple occasions not just once. Part was so late it ended up costing me money. Can't express how much they dont care. Lippert lci needs to pick better shipping companies so does Ceva. I will run this up the ladder.
