Sadly I can’t post the recorded call, but this is a great way to get sued! Having someone call in a very harassing threading manner is disgusting and disturbing. The lady calling on a Sunday not giving me a name of company or address she was telling me she was delivering to was fishy I asked if it was a scam and she was completely disrespectful yelling and cussing. I ordered an item because they assured delivery by Thursday, and I needed it before the weekend. They delivered the wrong item on Wednesday, then advised they couldn't get me the correct item until the following Tuesday. I got a call Monday night telling me it would be delivered Tuesday between 1 PM and 5 PM. It was delivered at 9:25 PM. And, the woman on the phone acted like I should be pleased it was delivered at all.
Not a great company to work for. There is relatively no training and the office is really dirty and unorganized. There is no sense of leadership at this location.
