This appointment was for my 11 yr old. Brooklyn did wonderful. She was so sweet and gentle with my girl who was very nervous. Brook explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about the process. Very happy with the results.

Amazing experience! The customer service was top-notch. Brooklyn was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick it really helped calm my nerves. I got both my nose and ears pierced, and everything went smoothly. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and professional experience!
