Dropped off trailer and was told it’d be ready later that day or next. Next day I called and they didn’t even check or order the parts. Had to push to get the small job done and was told by the worker 5 hours but owner wanted to charge more. Then I was promised a parts receipt but never got one. The job was done satisfactory but the owner had his worker doing odd chores instead of taking care of a customer. And they probably charged me more for parts and that’s why I never got a receipt.
Fixed my tail light and the flooring on my trailer in just one day. Was great customer service, really quick phone call, got straight to work, most straight forward and quick pricing I think I have ever experienced.
