Yoga the way it should be – Om Yoga Studio is the best in the Dayton area if you are looking for an authentic yoga in an atmosphere of loving kindness. Anthony can teach to those who want the strenuous workout to those who need a milder yoga. He also gives the best massages, they are the Thai Yoga massages and starting in January of '08 he will be teaching the level 1 training for ththe Thai Yoga massages..
Best Massage in town! – I have had many massages, and different typs of body work and by far Anthony Conard and his Thai Yoga Massage is the best. I have never been so relaxed and refreshed after a massage. Words can not describe this feeling of total relaxation. This is definately the best massage for your money in the Dayton area.
A nice guy, good at yoga, massage was not my favorite – It was more painful than any other massage I've received, especially compared to other massages I have had. I don't know if he is certified by the state or not?. He did work out some of the kinks, but left me with some new ones, too.
