Do not use these people they are scam artests and try to take advantage of women. I had them come on and install Direct tv in my business in Dallas Oregon and they tried to charge me over $800 when they told me the instructions was free just like Direct TV does. He thought that just because I was a woman he could charge me and take advantage of me. Just so you all know i am not done with these people. They know who i am. Dear Brett/ Sassy’s I apologize for any confusion on how DIRECTV’s pricing works with businesses; we take great pride in taking care of our customers. I can assure you, from one woman to another that our techs were simply following corporate protocol from DIRECTV in how they quoted the job. As our tech explained, we can only provide four free receivers with a standard free install; after that we must charge for any additional receivers and time spent wiring the building.
