Dino was extremely honest with me about any of the RVs on his lot that we looked at and there were no hidden or weird fees included with the price. He even helped me out of a pinch when I was stuck without certain papers that I needed when I was at the DMV to transfer the title! Extremely helpful, well recommended!
Dean is given 0(have to get 1 to allow post) stars for what he represents as an RV Dealership. We saw the camper on FB marketplace for sale as well as his website. We went to his lot the next day to purchase it. We were shown the camper; Dean had very little knowledge of ANY part of the camper or the functionality. My husband and I bought a camper and unbeknownst to us it had a long term water leak that had caused extensive damage. (get an inspection before you buy a used camper) and by the way D and D can do that for you. I was going to sell it but Dean came over to look at it and I asked if he could repair it. Yes they could and they did! We picked it up before every last little thing was done BUT Dean followed up and came to our home to put the finishing touches on it. VERY HAPPY with dean and his tech.
When we bought our camper from D&D, we thought we were dealing with a business that would take care of their customers but it was just the opposite. While we bought the extended warranty, we had to replace the refrigerator with in a month or so. I talk to Dean and He said that it was working fine when we left the lot, which it was during our walk thru. I called him and he didn’t seem to care. The warranty replaced it. Dean was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all questions while on site, and was quick to respond to phone calls and texts. Jeremy was thorough when going over the camper taking the time to show me everything, explaining the many parts and demonstrating how everything worked. I highly recommend D&D when shopping for a camper.
