Called to get a simple straight-pipe section installed where my muffler was removed. The job is literally one foot of 2” pipe and a clamp. I was told they “don’t know the cost unless they see it” and then immediately quoted $150 for a job that other muffler shops do for $40–60. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, like they didn’t want the job. Not judging their work quality, but based on my experience, this wasn’t a friendly or transparent place for basic exhaust work.

I brought my jeep in for new tires knowing my windshield washer resistor was empty. I didnt fill it. So it had to have been these guys. Thank youu 🥺🥺🥺 what a nice surprise. They also worked with me and my timeline on a somewhat emergent scenario.

Here's a nice update for you . I took my travel trailer in to have two new tires put on the brakes inspected as well as the hub assembly being properly greased . They were happy to help me for a reasonable price . So if you're in the need of travel trailer Tire and Brake hub assembly repair they are the place to go to in Hartford that is fair and reasonable in price and quality service .Nicely run family business. Went in looking for just 1 new tire to replace my flat, ended up buying 4. Decent price and Ryan was really doing what he could to accommodate my needs and ensuring my vehicle would be done in time. Not only was it done in time, it was done, a few hours before hand and I only gave him a 4.5 hour window to even work with. He even went the extra mile of dropping my kids and I back off at home and then picking us back up when it was done so we didn’t have to wait there all day.
