Dustin has been courteous and professional for the winter seasons last year and this year. We have a long, winding gravel driveway which is quite a terrible challenge for most snow plow companies and we have hired many snow plow companies in the Medina area since we moved here in 1996. Dustin has done a great job--even showing up twice in one day, if the snow continued to fall throughout the day. We feel confident in saying Dustin is the best.
